Capt. Todd Johnson

OUPV Captain Todd Johnson has fished nearly every waterway in New York from the Hudson River to Montauk. Todd was a flight engineer, FAA licensed Airframe and Powerplant mechanic working for Mattituck Aviation for 20 years overhauling airplane engines and is a retired Police Officer. Todd's extensive mechanical background ensures that our equipment is in tip top shape to get you to the grounds safely and faster. Todd enjoys being on the water and loves cold water fishing and in his free time Todd makes custom knives. If you take a look you will notice that he has made most of the knives Rachel uses when cleaning fish!
Capt. Rachel Johnson

USCG 100 Ton Master Captain Rachel Johnson has been fishing and boating the waters of Peconic Bay, Gardiner's Bay, Long Island Sound, Block Island Sound, Shinnecock Bay and Montauk for over four decades. Rachel left her career in Information Technology to pursue her dream of working in commercial fishing. As an experienced mate with over 500 days on the water in just the past three years, Rachel is devoted to helping both new and experienced fishermen relax and enjoy a stress free day on the water. In Rachel's free time she enjoys cooking, going to the gym and fishing every free moment she has!
Capt. Paul Ripperger

USCG 100 Ton Master Captain Paul Ripperger is a USCG Veteran with over 20 years experience as a Charter Boat Captain. Paul's extensive knowledge of the local waters, and the effects of wind, tide and current sets him apart. He is always two steps ahead planning trips to ensure we put you on the fish. Often you will hear Paul talking about where we are going to fish...Jurrasic Park, Africa, Area 51 and Nacho to name a few. Don't worry after a few trips you will know where we are headed too! In Paul's free time he enjoys tying custom rigs and fresh water fishing.
